I was expecting the commentary to go a lot deeper, but it felt basic and kinda rushed. There wasn’t much actual insight, just a bunch of surface-level notes. For the price, I was hoping for more, so yeah, it was dissapointing.

I went in hoping for something with more meaningful religious depth, but it just felt surface-level to me. I’m always a little nervous about being fooled by something that sounds more thoughtful than it really is, and that’s kind of how this came across. Not terrible, just not as deep as I expected.

I’ve ordered from artscroll a few times now and honestly... the delivery has been really dependable. The books are packed well enough and usually arrive right on the day they said they would. No chasing, no stress, which I really appreciate.

I don’t know what was going on with the site, but trying to check out was frustrating. It kept freezing over and over, and I just wanted to finish my order without fighting the website.

I ordered a book from artscroll.com and realized I had picked the wrong edition, so I needed to exchange it. The return process itself wasn’t too complicated, but I did have to email them twice before I got a clear answer, which was a little frustrating!!

To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, and the replacement arrived in good condition. I’m glad it worked out, I just wish the whole thing had moved a bit faster

Overall, the books look really nice and the pages themselves are clean and well printed. My only gripe is that the binding feels a bit cheap, and the covers seem to scuff quickly with normal handling. Still, they’re pleasant to flip through and look good on the shelf.

I really wanted to like this because it’s easy to use and the overall setup is smooth. That said, the translations felt off in too many places and didn’t seem accurate enough for what I needed. It wasn’t quite what I expected. Still, I think it has potential if the translation quality improves.

I bought a digital sefer through the app, and it’s been frustrating. It keeps logging me out, the pages take forever to load, and the support link didn’t really help at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but for something I paid for, I expected it to work a lot better...

Artscroll is usually where I go when I’m on the hunt for specific books, and most of the time, it feels like they magically have what I need in stock. I did have one dramatic little moment where an item turned out to be backordered, which was annoying, but that was the exception. Overall, their inventory has been reliable for me.

The payment page froze on me twice, which was frustrating. I don’t think I’m being picky here, checkout should be the easy part, and having to try again more than once was kind of annoying.
